MOL – University of Pannonia Circular Economy Online Training

The circular economy has been the subject of much discussion recently and is one of the cornerstones of MOL's 2030+ Shape Tomorrow strategy and sustainability efforts. Today, many enterprises, regional and global companies alike, have set carbon neutrality as a goal, and our goal should be nothing less than to implement the corporate strategy, for which everyone can contribute individually and in their own area of expertise.

However, do we know what exactly carbon neutrality and sustainable industrial operations mean, and what tools are available to us to achieve our goals? How can we meet the objectives of 'Fit for 55'? Is the circular economy more than just recycling as much waste as possible?

Many of these questions are answered by the online training course on Circular Economy, developed by MOL in collaboration with the University of Pannonia, which aims to provide all employees of the MOL Group with the principles of sustainability.

The first 4 modules of the training cover the following topics:

   1. The fundamentals of circular economy

   2. Circularity and sustainability in the industry

   3. CO2 emission and the 4Rs of carbon sustainability

   4. Waste management
