In the main direction No. II, “Waste management” within the framework of 15 sub-projects, it plans to survey the domestic plannable waste assets, to review the collection and treatment infrastructure, and to propose its transformation in order to achieve higher and sustainable utilization rates. A priority area in the plastic waste stream is the selection/separation of polyolefins and polyurethane materials from mixed material streams, their pre-treatment, and the promotion of mechanical, physical and chemical recycling. During the R&D work, a laboratory-level processing plant will be designed and built, which will give the second commitment of the tender project, TRL8 level.
